Asphalt milling, also known as Cold Planing, is a service that transforms the look of your pavement and parking lots without full deconstruction, teardown, or removal of the asphalt, resulting in far less downtime. Throughout the Asphalt Milling process, our machines remove the top layer of the asphalt. This creates a grooved surface. During this process, the asphalt material which was removed is then recycled into an material called millings which can be used as a base material. The biggest advantage of milling is that this new surface is ripe for new asphalt.
